This Tassel Garland listing is a DIY Tassel Kit and will require assembly.
Kit Includes 20 pre cut tassels including
15 paper tassels 37cm high
5 shiny tassels 35cm high (or paper ones)
2 Meters of string

Full instructions are provided. Easy to assemble. We supply flat because when you make them up they look fresh and not so wrinkly.
NOTE: You can use clear sticky tape to secure the tops (not included in pack).
Keep out of reach of small children. Make a garland to hang on the wall or string to a jumbo balloon, or divide and attach to several balloons filled with helium.
