Inside the pack:
- Decals 25cm high OR 30cm Wide Maximum. Any text you like.
- 1 x 60cm Latex Balloon (uninflated)
- 8 Flat Tassels including– 3 shiny mylar, 5 Tissue Paper - Pre cut.
- 1.5m string
This pack is a DIY kit. You will need to assemble the tassels (around 15 minutes) and fill the ballloon up with helium so it will float up, then stick on the 2 decals. Full instructions are included in the pack.
