Any Text, Personalised 90cm Balloon with Tassels

Inside the pack:

• 2 Decals – Each decal is up to 40cm wide OR 13cm high maximum to look similar to our photo. You can have any text you like.
• 1 x 90cm Latex Balloon (uninflated) 
• 8 Tissue Tassels Pre cut.
  
• 1.5m string 

This pack is a DIY kit. You will need to assemble the tassels (around 15 minutes) and fill the ballloon up with helium so it will float up, then stick on the 2 decals. Full instructions are included in the pack.
