Inside the pack:

• Decals 30cm Wide Maximum. Any text you like.
• 1 x 60cm White Latex Balloon (uninflated) 
• 8 Flat Tassels Pre cut.
  
• 1.5m string or ribbon

This pack is a DIY kit. You will need to assemble the tassels (around 15 minutes) and fill the ballloon up with helium so it will float up, then stick on the 2 decals. Full instructions are included in the pack.
