This Listing is a DIY Tassel Kit and will require assembly.

Kit Includes: 24 pre cut tassels (4 of each colour), each tassel is 37cm high. Includes instructions on how you can make them up. 2 meters of string included. Easy to assemble in 20-30minutes.

We supply flat because when you make them up they look fresh and not so wrinkly.

NOTE: You can use clear sticky tape to secure the tops (not included in pack).

Keep out of reach of small children. Make a garland to hang on the wall or string to a jumbo balloon, or divide and attach to several balloons filled with helium.
