Inside the pack:
- Decal 25cm high OR 30cm Wide Maximum. You can have any text you like.
- 1 x 50cm Shiny Foil Balloon (uninflated)
- 8 Flat Tassels including– 3 shiny mylar, 5 Tissue Paper - Pre cut. with 1.5m string
This pack is a DIY kit. You will need to assemble the tassels (around 15 minutes) and fill the ballloon up with helium so it will float up, then stick on the decals. Full instructions are included in the pack.
