30 solid coloured latex balloons and 6 clear latex 11" Standard Size (28cm) balloons pre-filled with confetti. I Like to cluster balloons in groups of 6 with helium. Also works great as a balloon garland.

For the confetti balloons – If filling with air, rub the balloon with your hand to create static then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the confetti to stick. If filling with helium, fill a small part with air, get the confetti to stick, then fill the rest with helium.
