This Tassel Garland listing is a DIY Tassel Kit and will require assembly.

Kit Includes: 20 pre cut tassels, each tassel is 37cm high with instructions on how you can make them up. 2 meters of string included. Easy to assemble. We supply flat because when you make them up they look fresh and not so wrinkly.

NOTE: You can use clear sticky tape to secure the tops (not included in pack). 

Keep out of reach of small children. Make a garland to hang on the wall or string to a jumbo balloon, or divide and attach to several balloons filled with helium.
