Returns
You are welcome to return items within 14 days, except for sale items/personalised made-to-order items and electric inflation equipment. Please get in touch with us via our website chat feature for return address details.
If you have purchased items on clearance or at a sale price, no returns will be accepted unless they are faulty. If your item arrives in a faulty condition (balloons with defects, holes), please get in touch with us via our website chat feature within 7 days of receipt with any photos.
Party Love does not accept any responsibility for shipping times or stolen packages. We use 3rd party couriers, including Toll, Startrack and Australia Post. We have no control over timings. Refunds can not be given on shipping. See our shipping pricing and estimated delivery timings here.
Any returns are processed once items have been received in our office and will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. If you find balloons are faulty, please send any photos of the damaged item.
Party Love will not replace foil balloons which have been:
Overblown (as indicated by tears along the seam area) burned, or have puncture holes, poorly sealed (as evidenced by wrinkles in the neck of a heat-sealed balloon when supplied flat), exposed to moisture of any form, roughly handled, improperly stored, or balloons exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight;
