A staple for any balloon decorator, Kalisan instant balloon shine revives the shine in your latex balloon creations, and prevents balloons from becoming oxidised. Available in a stylist spray with a thin mist, this balloon shine spray is odour free and comes in a 570ml can.

WARNING – This product makes floors / surfaces VERY slippery and can transfer onto the bottom of footwear. Protect floors with sheets or towels and apply product with care.
